FIBA Europe has launched its podcasting section to give visitors to fibaeurope.com the chance to hear audio analysis and discussion about European basketball.

Podcasting allows you to download internet-based audio automatically to your computer. Once the content is downloaded, you easily transfer it to an MP3 player so you can listen when and where you like. You also have the possibility to listen directly to the podcast on your computer.

Podcast 13: Noah Klieger (21 August 2007)

Israeli journalist Noah Klieger has probably witnessed more EuroBaskets than anyone else living today.

The 81 year old took in his first European Championship back in 1951. EuroBasket 2007 will mark the 26th time he has covered the event.

Klieger shares his EuroBasket memories and thoughts about the current state of the game in the podcast.

Podcast 12: Ariel Mc Donald (10th April 2007)

There are just three days to go to the Final Four where hosts Girona will be looking to win a European title for the first time in the club's 45-year history.

If Girona are to hoist the EuroCup this Sunday, veteran guard Ariel McDonald will no doubt have a say in proceedings.

The 35-year old has done it all in European basketball, including a SuproLeague title and Final Four MVP award with Maccabi Tel Aviv in 2001.

fibaeurope.com caught up with Ariel at the EuroCup All Star Game to talk about life in Spain, Team USA, Ricky Rubio and of course the Final Four.

Podcast 10: Henrik Dettman (27th March 2007)

FIBA Europe’s Coaching Certificate will start this summer and the participants can be ensured that the curriculum has been crafted by some of Europe’s finest coaching minds.

The expert panel consists of luminaries such as Svetislav Pesic, Bogdan Tanjevic, Pepu Hernandez and Henrik Dettmann.

Fibeurope.com recently caught up with Dettmann at the EuroCup All Star Game in Cyprus to talk about the certificate as well as his thoughts on being a youth coach, identifying young talent and coaching Dirk Nowitzki as a 19-year old.
