Statement Regarding Tickets

FIBA Europe and the Local Organising Committee of EuroBasket 2013 understand that a number of fans have bought their ticket for the wrong game in the Second Round, apparently being misled by incorrect times in the Game Schedule on the official website.

FIBA Europe and the Local Organising Committee would like to point out the following:

-The times of games are subject to late changes because of TV reasons and/or of the right of the host country to choose the game time for the games of their team.
-Such changes took place after the end of the First Round of competition and the official website was updated immediately.
-Those fans who have bought tickets for the wrong games/times have the option to have their tickets exchanged. If the exchange of tickets is not possible, then the tickets will be refunded.

FIBA Europe and the Local Organising Committee would like to apologise to fans for the inconvenience caused.
