The dates and venue for the draws of FIBA Europe's 2003/2004 club competitions have been set and will take place at the Kempinski Airport Hotel in Munich, Germany on 19th and 20th July 2003.

A total of 144 clubs from 36 countries have registered for FIBA Europe's four club competitions and over 150 club delegates are expected to attend the draw. As well as the draw, the inaugural meeting of the General Assemblies of the FIBA Europe League, the FIBA EuroLeague Women and the FIBA Europe Competitions' Commission will all meet in Munich.
