BC NN reclaimed the lead with a Vadim Panin basket, but Fuenlabrada then went in front to stay.
Andrey Ivanov was called for an unsportsmanlike foul on Leo Mainoldi and the Argentina international sank both free-throws.
Fuenlabrada maintained possession and Alvaro Munoz buried a three-pointer.
Mainoldi then struck with a shot from the arc to push the lead to five.
Blanco followed with another jumper and after Yakovenko tried to stop the bleeding with a basket for BC NN, Munoz hit again from long range to stretch the advantage to 55-47.
Fuenlabrada went on to outscore the hosts 23-11 in the quarter for a 60-50 lead.
The hosts got to within seven early in the fourth quarter and five with 27 seconds to go in the contest.
Fuenlabrada killed the game off when Mike Hall hit a three-pointer for the last points of the contest.
Blanco had 16 points while Laso and Cortaberria had 10 apiece for Fuenlabrada.
Aliaksandr Pustahvar scored a game-high 17 points in defeat.
