The reigning defensive player of the year in the Dutch Eredivisie was a big part of the successful qualification campaign, staying on the floor for more than 22 minutes per encounter. Under-sized for international play, Kherrazi makes up for the missing centimetres with fierce energy and a fearless approach to the game. Never shy to give up a foul or two for the sake of the team, the Morocco-born forward is both a coach and fan-favourite. He has his offensive limitations and it will be interesting to see how his playing time evolves with so many quality big men back on board for the ‘Flying Dutchmen'. When it comes to defensive identity however, Kherrazi will surely be called up.
