Defending EuroCup Women champions Sony Athinaikos struggled for most of the game but eventually beat PAOK 65-44 over the weekend in Greece's top flight.

LaToya Davis had 16 points and eight rebounds and Greece international Olga Hatzinikolaou scored 12, grabbed eight boards, three assists and three steals.
