Team 2012-13: Enisey Krasnoyarsk (Russia-PBL) Career: KK Sloboda Dita Tuzla (Bosnia & Herzegovina-D1, 2004-07); Red Star Belgrade (Serbia- Superleague, 2007-10); Enisey Krasnoyarsk (Russia-PBL, 2011-13)
Kikanovic was seldom a starter throughout his career with the national team, accepting different roles ever since he made his debut as an 18-year-old in 2006. He bounced back really well after a 12-month ban for breaking doping regulations in 2010, getting back on track rather quickly. Using solid technique, Kikanovic can be effective in the low post, but has a wonderful shooting touch that makes him dangerous outside the paint, too. In addition, Kikanovic has always been a presence on the offensive glass, and a team leader in that department, while on defence, he stands his ground against much bigger centers. Last summer, he reclaimed the role of a starter in the Qualification Round, and is expected to be carrying most of the load in the paint for Bosnia and Herzegovina again this year.
