Veteran Roel Moors is a crafty backcourt player who has won several titles during his career and is a proven winner at club level. Meanwhile for the National Team, he has a decade of trying to help Belgium qualify for the Final Round of EuroBasket and finally he has reached the destination he first tried to land back in 2001. He has twice been named Belgian Player of The Year and for most of the last ten year period has reigned supreme as the premier guard for his country. More recently other players have arrived to eat into his court time but he still provides a great service and leadership for Belgium as a combo guard who can act as playmaker or step things up from the two spot.
