|American forward Dewanna Bonner averaged 19.3 points and 9.6 rebounds in the EuroLeague Women with Perfumerias Avenida|
Nicole Powell was a EuroLeague Women All-Star when she was on the books of Perfumerias Avenida in the 2006-07 EuroLeague Women campaign.
After helping fire Wisla Can-Pack Krakow to the Polish title, Powell has agreed to return to the Salamanca club.
Powell shot 40.6 per cent (41 of 101) from long range this season in the EuroLeague Women, averaging 15.5 points per game as Wisla made it to the Final Eight in Istanbul.
Her arrival coincides with the departure of Dewanna Bonner.
The club has announced that Bonner has rescinded her contract after receiving better offers to play elsewhere.
"On behalf of Perfumerias Avenida, we thank her for her work and professionalism and we wish her luck in her sports journey.
"Salamanca and Perfumerías Avenida will always be her home."
In remarks to the Brazilian website, globoesporte.com, meanwhile, Perfumerias center Erika de Souza has said she will also leave Perfumerias and return to Valencia.
RIVAS KEEP CRUZ
Rivas Ecopolis have waved good-bye to Asjha Jones, Elisa Aguilar and Amaya Valdemoro but the Spanish outfit has made sure their young Spaniards remain with the team.
After agreeing to a new contract with Laura Nicholls and Vega Gimeno and keeping captain Clara Bermejo on board, Rivas have signed Anna Cruz.
The Spain international is to remain with the team for three more years.
