Brno Do It Again At Rivas To Seal Quarter Final Spot
Dewanna Bonner did not repeat her heroics from Friday night but the Frisca Sika Brno star did enough to lead her team into the last eight of the EuroLleague Women with a 77-63 road win over Rivas Ecopolis.

Bonner scored 27 points and collected nine rebounds in a losing effort in Game 2, but while she failed to match those numbers in the decider, she led her team to victory with 19 points and seven rebounds.

Langhorne Confident Ahead Of Game Three

Rivas Ecopolis ace Crystal Langhorne has claimed home advantage will finally count this time with her team determined to ensure they dispatch Frisco Sika Brno in Madrid on Wednesday to reach the last eight of the competition.

The rookies have been one of the stories of the season to date although having initially exploded onto the EuroLeague Women scene with a stunning seven straight wins, they are now beginning to feel the pace of a hectic schedule.

Seasoned EuroLeague Women campaigners Frisco Sika Brno grabbed the upper hand in their Eighth-Final Play-Off with Rivas Ecópolis on Tuesday by winning the opening game of the best-of-three tie in Spain.

In a very spirited performance, Jan Bobrovsky's side put their Czech Cup Final defeat to USK Prague from the weekend behind them and prevailed 88-83.
