Anna Cruz scored the final four points of the game to lift Rivas Ecopolis to a 72-67 overtime win over Bourges Basket.
Rivas maintained their perfect record in Group C, improving to 5-0, but were made to work for it as it was left to Cruz to make a lay-up 17 seconds from the buzzer to force overtime.
Bourges thought they had done enough when they overturned a five-point deficit in the final five minutes to take the lead, 61-60, on Emmeline Ndongue's free-throw.
Katarina Manic also split a pair from the charity stripe to make it 62-60 with 36 seconds to go, but Cruz tied it and Manic then missed the chance to win it for Bourges by missing both shots from the free throw line with 10 seconds left.
That would prove costly as Rivas kept the visitors on the backfoot throughout overtime, setting the tone with Catherine Joens' opening three-pointer.
Even so, the scores were tied 67-67 when Ndongue made a lay-up with 1:28 to go.
But Cruz then opened up the four-point lead and Bourges could do nothing to overturn it as both Essence Carson and Manic missed long-range shots in the closing seconds.
Cruz finished with 21 points, while Joens had 15 and Petra Ujhelyi and Crystal Langhorne 12 each for Rivas.
Carson finished with 17 for Bourges, who drop to 2-3 in the group.
