Artemis Spanou put Greece on her back throughout the tournament and was rewarded with the MVP award

Greece forward Artemis Spanou collected the MVP award at the U20 European Championship Women Division B after helping her team take bronze.

Spanou has been performing heroics all tournament long, leading all scorers with 19.4 points while also coming up with an average of 9.8 rebounds.

She saved her best one until last, taking a crucial offensive board in the final seconds of the third-placed game, ensuring Spain preserved a 60-59 win over the Czech Republic.

Spanou had 17 points in that game, bettered only by the 20 of the Czech Republic's Lenka Bartakova, who joins her in the All-Tournament Five.

Also named in the group were Sweden pair Faryhiya Abdi and Cleopatra Forsman-Goga and Portugal guard Michelle Brandao.
