The Bosnian side improved to 2-1 while the winless Serbs dropped to 0-3.
Aleksandra Music scored 31 points, grabbed nine rebounds and had four assists for the hosts, who had been in big trouble in the first half.
Zeljeznicar scored eight straight points in reply and were only one point behind at 38-39 at half-time before pulling ahead in the third quarter.
The visitors led 42-40 but Zeljeznicar reeled off eight straight points.
Tijana Rus' three-ball stretched the lead to 45-42 and they stayed in front for the remainder of the game.
ZKK Vojvodina did close the gap to three points on two occasions in the fourth quarter but Zeljeznicar held on for victory.
Elsewhere, Pankup TED Koleji thrashed Apollon 95-75 thanks to 26 points from Zoia Stanoeva.
Monique Coker poured in 25 points and pulled down 13 rebounds for the Turkish side who go 2-1 in Group B.
The away side led 41-40 at half-time but faded in the final two periods to slide to 1-2.
