Having clinched gold with Serbia at the U16 European Championship 2007 and the U18 European Championship 2009, Danilo Andjusic is one of the few players of this generation to have managed a smooth transition from youth to senior level. Having signed his first pro contract with Hemofarm Vrsac in 2009, before immediately being loaned out to Mega Vizura, Andjusic created buzz during his stint with Partizan Belgrade, being named MVP of the Serbian Cup in 2012. The collaboration between the two sides however came to an end in December 2012, as the youngster was looking for a bigger role and more playing time on the team. Italian side Virtus Bologna snatched the services of the sharp shooter in February, hoping he will live up to his potential. The 22-year-old has proven in the past to be a hot scoring option off the bench, being able to instantly light it up from downtown.
