Club Team 2012-13: Besiktas (Turkey-TKBL)
Career: Buducnost Podgorica (Montenegro-Superleague, 2005-09), CB Olesa Espanyol (Spain-LF, 2009-10), Liomatic Umbertide (Italy-A1, 2010-12), Besiktas (Turkey-TKBL, 2012-13)
Whilst finding court time in a relatively stacked Montenegro front court isn't easy, Jovanovic comes into the summer having produced the best club season of her career with an impressive individual season in the Turkish League with Besiktas. Whilst the team struggled generally, she averaged a productive 15.7 points-per-game in one of the toughest leagues in Europe and that should boost her confidence. She is an exciting talent with a finely balanced inside-outside game and showed during qualification that she has a killer instinct around the basket, shooting 67.9% inside. She also poses danger from three-point range and is now delivering against the considerable promise she showed at youth level. She also has experience from the Spanish and Italian leagues to call upon and is now very comfortable with the systems of plays required for her pivot role, but it's her nice touch from the perimeter that will give Montenegro an advantage in situations when they play wide and big.
