Greek international guard Anastasia Kostaki made one of two free throws with just seven seconds remaining as Elitzur Ramla prevailed in an 80-79 thriller over BSC Dnipro.

Leading 79-75 in Israel after Shay Doron's lay-up with less than three minutes remaining, Ramla weren't able to press home the advantage.
