Former Lithuania international Jurgita Streimikyte had 18 points and the red-hot United States international Crystal Langhorne scored 14 while pulling down 12 rebounds for TEO.
Lattes Montpellier appeared as if they might spring an upset after going on top at 58-57 at the start of the fourth quarter.
Rima Valentiene replied for TEO, though.
She hit a three-pointer to start a 6-0 run that put the visitors in front for good.
One key department in the game was the free throw shooting. TEO hit 16 of 22 while the French team was nine of 15.
Montpellier dropped to 0-3 on the season in Group D while TEO are now 2-1.
Sheana Coreen Mosch scored a game-high 19 points in defeat. |
