Ramon is a small forward who offers Italy many options coming off the bench as she is happy to cut to the hoop, catch the ball in the high post and step outside if necessary to drill a three-pointer. Her outside shooting could be more consistent and she needs to look to get more steals at this level as at club level she has really stepped up on the defensive end. Had some disruption during last season when she switched clubs and is now with Livorno who have had a bad year and confidence has been low. However Ramon was still called upon by Ticchi in the Additional Qualifying Round and she will be hoping he continues to do so.
