At the collegiate level, Brunson graduated from Georgetown University as the school’s all-time leading rebounder (1,093) as well as the single-season rebound record holder with 336, which was accomplished in 2004. …. Following graduation, Brunson played for Sacramento in the 2004 WNBA season. …. Brunson also has international experience. She won a silver medal with the United States team at the 2003 Pan American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
