ESB Lille Metropole still have a pulse in the EuroLeague Women.
The French team beat Phard Napoli 82-79 in overtime this week to stay in the hunt for a place in the eighth-finals, with Fatimatou Sacko the star of the show after pouring in 22 points and grabbing nine rebounds.
The success was fifth-placed Lille's third in nine games in Group A, the same record as fourth-placed TTT Riga.
Only the top four sides from each group advance to the eighth-finals.
"After four defeats in a row, we really wanted, at all costs, a victory," Sacko said.
"Our team deserved it. It was really important for us to win this game, we really needed it."
Sacko didn't just score a game-high, in fact.
She also hit one of the contest's biggest shots, making a three-pointer at the buzzer to take the game to overtime (73-73).
"I don't know how I scored that basket," she said, reflecting on the crazy finish to the game. "I was in a state of panic.
"We face a big game against Fenerbahce on Wednesday but we aren't thinking about it just now."
Fenerbahce are in second place and one of the best teams on the continent.
