All three Israeli teams in the EuroCup went into this week's action on the back of defeats in their domestic competition.
Ironi Iscar Nahariya lost in the last second, Galil fell by 10 points and Hapoel Tel Aviv finished 23 points behind their rivals.
Maccabi Tel Aviv are now the only unbeaten team in Israel with four wins.
Givat Shmuel were not in action this week and just like Ramat Hasharon, they will try to gain their first win in the next round Ironi Nahariya came close to beating Hapoel Jerusalem at home but Meir Tapiro did what he does better than most in Europe by nailing a buzzer-beating shot for a 78-76 Hapoel win.
Nahariya are now 2-1 while Hapoel improved to 3-1.
The game was nip-and-tuck for the first 25 minutes but then Hapoel took off with a 13-0 run and led by nine.

When Hapoel had a chance to win, they took it, and it was Tapiro who did the honours.
Cory Carr had 19 points and Wells 16 for Nahariya. Hapoel received 20 from Mario Austin and 15 from Tapiro.
Hapoel Tel Aviv hosted Maccabi Tel Aviv in the main game on Monday night and survived for only one half.
Hapoel managed to take a small lead during the second quarter and finished the half tied at 39-39, but Maccabi took control in the second half and ended up winning 107-83.
Hapoel now have just one win in four games.
Croatian international Nikola Vujcic was unstoppable with 36 points, 10 boards and five assists for Maccabi, with Will Solomon pouring in 23 and Anthony Parker 19.
Hapoel got 20 points and 11 rebounds from Ernest Brown, 18 from Jeron Roberts and 13 from local forward Gili Mosinzon.
Galil Elyon travelled to Ashkelon, who are playing in the EuroCup Challenge, and lost 96-86.
The success was Ashkelon's third in four games, and left Galil with a 1-2 mark.
Brian Tolbert and Adrian Pledger had 26 points for Ashkelon.
Lior Eliyahu was excellent for Galil with 25 points, 12 rebounds and six assists.
Rishon Lezion crushed Bnei Hasharon 91-72 thanks to 29 points from Omar Sneed, while Ugonna Onyekwe had 20 for the losing side.
Ramat Hasharon are still without a win after an 89-84 defeat on their travels to newcomers Ironi Ramat Gan.
Kevin Rice led the way for the winners with 24 points while Terrance Shannon scored 22 for Ramat Hasharon.
