PLAYER HISTORY
Caroline Aubert

Career: Monferrand (France-LFB, 1996-97), Aix (France-LFB, 1997-2000), Colorado University (United States-NCAA, 2000-01), Montpellier (France-LFB, 2001-03), Mondeville (France-LFB, 2003-07)

For the past two seasons, Caroline has led the EuroLeague Women in assists with Mondeville (6.0 in 2007 and 6.1 in 2006) and was selected to play in the2007 EuroLeague Women All-Star Game where she won the three-point contest.  Caroline, who married Mondeville's General Manager Cyrille Aubert in July 2006, is a great offensive player, perfect for an up-tempo style team. With Mondeville, she has been a dominant player for the last four seasons but she has never really had her chance with the National Team because the style of play does not suit her. Point guards, like Dumerc, Lawson or Sauret seem to fit in the system better. The Paris native used to be a very emotional player and built her career on hard work and a refuse to lose attitude. But with the years, she's grown wiser and calmer.
