UMMC Ekaterinburg broke open a close game in the fourth quarter and beat Shelen-ETK Krasnoyarsk 74-65 on Saturday.
Milan Veverka's UMMC, who have won five of their seven games in EuroLeague Women Group C, were tied at 54-54 after three periods, but they turned on the style down the stretch and prevailed.
UMMC are fifth in the Russian Women's Superleague with five wins in eight games.
