UMMC Ekaterinburg were shock winners over defending champions Gambrinus Brno in in the EuroLeague on Wednesday.
Jan Bobrovsky's team were stunned as Cheryl Ford scored a mammoth 37 points and 11 rebounds to see Gambrinus to an 87-86 win over the favourites.
Bobrovsky was clearly frustrated after the defeat in Ekaterinburg.
"We did not start well and allowed our opponent to score too many easy baskets, especially after their after fast-breaks," Bobrovsky told www.basket.idnes.cz after his team went 16-0 behind after within 5:32.
The coach was also critical of his own players and had no sympathy in naming them.
"We came back to defend very badly, mostly both Americans (Sofia Young and Deanna Nolan)," he said.
"It will probably take a little time before they can understand our style of basketball."
There was no mercy either for the officials, as Bobrovsky found defeat a bitter pill to swallow.
The Czechs next face Spain's Ros Casares on November 9 in Brno.
