The fan and coaching voting has finished, the FIBA Europe panel of experts has met and the 12-man rosters for the upcoming FIBA Europe League All-Star Day Rosters have been decided.

All-Star Day Coaches Announced

FIBA Europe today announced the head coaches that will participate in the FIBA Europe League All-Star Day, scheduled to take place on 16th March 2004 in Kiev Ukraine.

The format of the game will be Europe v. Rest of the World and rosters will consist of 12 players per side.

Abdul-Rauf Leads All-Star Vote

After 3 weeks and over 100,00 votes, it is time to take a look at who is leading the polls for the FIBA Europe League All Star Day.

The event will take place on March 16th 2004 in Kiev, Ukraine and will pit the FEL’s top European players against a Rest of the World Team.

Hapoel Tel Aviv 99 Skonto Riga 67

A strong second half from Hapoel Tel Aviv was enough for the Israeli team to secure their 10th win of the FEL, along with 2nd place in Group D and a play-off berth against Cypriot champions EKA Lemesos.

The game was tough in the first quarter, after 8-2 for Hapoel, the Latvians turned the score in their favour (14-18). But this was the last time Skonto led the game. Hapoel took the lead right back and won the first period 28-24.
