Nymburk are devastated over their EuroCup exit at BC Kyiv after another opponent proved too strong late in the game.
In their previous outing, a 15-0 run by Dynamo St Petersburg over the last five minutes saw Nymburk fall 76-63.
On Tuesday, they suffered a 96-87 defeat and crashed out of the competition as Kyiv made the key plays down the stretch.
"It was similar to the game we played one week ago in St Petersburg," said Nymburk director Rudolf Simecek.
"We started well, controlled the game and we led four minutes before the end," Simecek said.
"We played exactly how we had planned before the game. But we lost the win in the last minutes again. It is probably a mental problem, but our players were tired as well because we did not use many of them today (Tuesday)."
A turning point in the game came when Adam Hess fouled Guilherme Giovannoni while he was in the act of shooting a three-pointer.
The Brazilian went to the line and made three free throws for a 76-74 lead and that sparked an 11-0 run that Nymburk never recovered from.
As a result of the loss, Nymburk finished with a 2-4 record, last in Group I.
