Ladislav Sokolovsky poured in 19 points and Adam Hess 18 as CEZ Basketball Nymburk romped to a 118-89 win at NH Ostrava on Sunday.
The win was Nymburk's 12th and keeps them unbeaten in the Czech Mattoni MBL. The defending Czech champions will have a much tougher task on Tuesday when they play their second game in Round II of the EuroCup at home against Dynamo St Petersburg.
Both sides lost their first games in Group I last week. Nymburk fell 92-84 against Fenerbahce while Dynamo were upset at home by BC Kyiv, the side they beat in last year's FIBA Europe League final to complete a perfect season.
It was Dynamo's first-ever defeat in Europe.
