CEZ Basket Nymburk destroyed USK Praha for their seventh victory in as many games in the Czech Republic's top flight.
The EuroCup side had a stranglehold on the game by the end of the first quarter with a 33-16 lead and they marched to a 101-71 victory.
Adam Hess and Michel Nascimento each had 18 points for Nymburk, who will now turn their attention to European matters.
They travel to Austria this week to face winless Basket Swans.
A win is likely to put the Czechs into Round II of the EuroCup.
