With help from Krystyna Szymanska-Lara and Anna Wielbnowska, Dexia had a comfortable ten-point lead after the first ten minutes of play.
Lavezzini Parma overcame a blistering start from visiting side Szolnok to record their second EuroLeague Women victory of the season and first of 2005.
