Team 2008-09: KHIMKI MOSCOW
Career: Tolyatti (Russia-Higherleague, 2003-04), BC Khimki Moscow Region (Russia-Superleague, 2004-09)

2004-05 was a crucial season for Vitaly Fridzon. During this period, he played his first games in Superleague with Khimki Moscow and at the end of the season was selected for the first time in the national team for EuroBasket 2005. Since then, the late bloomer has improved every year for his club. His major strength is his scoring ability. He was actually Russia's top scorer at the U20 European championship in 2005. He's now one of the offensive leaders of Khimki. His high speed allows him to go to the basket with success. He also has good shooting range though he can turn the ball over and commits unnecessary fouls at times.
