Sandra Le Drean's jumper opened an early 7-2 lead for the guests, but the first quarter remained tight throughout and Skerovic's three-pointer gave Wisla a 22-21 advantage after one period.
Elhotova knocked down back-to-back three-pointers to put the Czechs ahead 27-24.
The lead would change hands four more times in the quarter, and Lubor Blazek's team led 36-34 at the break.
Burse scored five straight points as Prague opened a 43-36 cushion only to see the Polish side answer with a 10-2 run to go back ahead.
Again, the lead went back-and-forth four times and Wielebnowska's three-pointer gave Wisla a 57-52 lead going into the fourth.
The gap was seven points on Agnieszka Palka's jumper, but Marketa Mokrosova knocked down a three-pointer and Lindsay Whalen evened the game at 61-61.
Elhotova made two baskets in helping Prague open a 70-66 lead with two minutes left.
Dorota Gburczyk converted a three-point play and after Burse lost a turnover, Wielebnowska drained a three-pointer for a 72-70 lead.
Burse made just one of two foul shots with 16 seconds left, setting up Dupree's heroics.
