PLAYER HISTORY
Andrii Lebediev

Career: MBC Nikolaev (Ukraine-Superleague, 1997-99), BC Kyiv (Ukraine-Superleague, 1999-2005).

Andrii Lebediev should be a leader for the national team and will probably benefit from the presence of a dominant low post presence like Slava Medvedenko... He is a wonderful shooter and was the main Ukrainian weapon on a BC Kyiv team whose roster is filled with foreign imports (7.5 ppg, 20-46 from three-point land)... Lebediev was selected to the FIBA Europe League All Star Game in 2004. That season he was averaging 16.0 points per game. Since then, his team has beefed up his roster but while having to share his playing time with quality player Lebediev had the chance to reach the FIBA Europe League Final Four ... It has to be noted that Lebediev also played with the Moldovan national team as a junior in 1996 and 97 as he has double citizenship.
