USO Basket had no chance of reaching the eighth-finals of the EuroLeague Women but at least they exited the competition in impressive fashion by defeating Germano Zama Faenza 84-68 on Wednesday. The French team improved to 3-7 but finished fifth in Group D, one place outside the play-off places, with TEO Vilnius (3-7) beating them to the vital fourth position on a tie-breaker. |
