Gospic Croatia have bolstered their line-up ahead of this week's crunch game at MiZo Pecs in Hungary by signing Croatian center Ivona Matic.
It is hoped the move will bring scoring punch and toughness on the interior for the Croatian team, which is looking to win its last two games to qualify for the next phase of the EuroLeague Women.
Matic has joined from Ragusa.
The 23-year-old averaged 14.2 points and 4.7 rebounds in six EuroCup Women games for Ragusa last season.
Gospic play at MiZo Pecs on Thursday, needing to win by more than six points to win a potential tie-breaker.
MiZo won the first encounter between the sides 74-68 back on November 18.
ESB Lille Metropole, like Gospic, are 1-7 and also have an outside chance of finishing fourth in Group B.
