Nebojsa Joksimovic - EuroBasket 2013 Profile

Team 2012-13: Igokea Aleksandrovac (Bosnia and Herzegovina - D1)
Career: Koper (Slovenia-1A, 2000-03); Pivovarna Lasko (Slovenia-1A, 2000-05); Hemofarm Vrsac (Serbia-Superleague, 2005-09); Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar (Russia-Superleague, 2009-10); Igokea Aleksandrovac (Bosnia and Herzegovina-D1, 2010-13)

Nebojsa Joksimovic is a versatile outside player, who was added to the preliminary squad of Bozidar Maljkovic three days before the start of preparations for EuroBasket 2013 on home soil, after Beno Udrih pulled out. He is a modest, hard-working player, who never was, or will be, a star and does not want to be considered as one either. However, as a true team player with great defensive and overall skills, his presence on the roster can be very valuable for any basketball coach in the world. In essentially all facets of the game, he is a solid player and can play on every position from "1" to "3", but spends most of the time playing as a shooting guard. This summer he return to the national team after a five-year-absence and will try to make it into the 12-player roster which will appear at the championship.
