There were mixed fortunes for Russia's EuroCup representatives in Saturday's action.
Lokomotiv Rostov cruised to an 81-67 win over CSK VVS-Samara, but Dynamo Moscow Region were on the wrong end of an 82-57 result at the home of CSKA Moscow.
Sergey Toporov was the star of the show for Lokomotiv, collecting 17 points and four rebounds, while Kresimir Lonchar also came up big with 14 points and six boards.
Dynamo had no answer to a balanced CSKA attack, and struggled mightily with their own shooting, making only 17 of 38 (45%) from two-point range and five of 19 (26%) from the arc.
Fedor Likholitov, who had 16 points, and Dzhoshua Devoz (11) were the only Dynamo players to find the basket with any regularity.
