Toporov and Loncar both poured in 17 points each while three more of their team-mates scored in double-figures as Lokomotiv hammered Atomerömü 102-58.
That victory puts Lokomotiv on a 3-1 record for the tournament, while Hungarians Atomerömü have now lost all four of their matches.
Atomerömü actually led 4-3 early on when Marcellus Sommerville scored the first of his team-high 15 points with a jump shot.
But Asim Pars responded with a jump shot of his own for Lokomotiv, sparking a 6-0 run for the hosts and a lead they would never again relinquish.
The decisive point of the match came at the start of the second period though, when Lokomotiv went on a 18-0 streak to increase their lead from 23-18 to 41-18.
Shell-shocked Atomerömü could not recover from that setback and rampant Lokomotiv went on to stretch their advantage to 58-28 two minutes into the third quarter, before coasting their way to victory.
To go along with his 17-point haul, Loncar added a game-high eight rebounds while Toporov's points tally included three of four from behind the arc.
Sommerville was the only player from his side to get into double-digits as Atomerömü found themselves swept aside by an impressive Lokomotiv performance.
