Conference play has now finished in the FIBA Europe Cup Men and the line-ups for the Pan European final four is complete.

French side JDA Dijon, fresh off a victory in the Semaine des As, were the last team to join the 4 qualifiers after beating Portuguese side Clube Atletico Queluz in the Conference West final. The game was a thrilling affair that needed an extra period to decide the winner.

Dijon’s eventual 126 points is the most scored by any team this season in all FIBA Europe club competitions.

A draw was held today at the FIBA Europe offices in Munich to decide the pairings for final four.

Mitteldeutscher BC (GER) v. Dynamo Moscow Region (RUS)
Tuborg Pilsener (TUR) v. JDA Dijon (FRA)

A decision on the venue of the final four will be taken and announced at the beginning of the week beginning 8th March 2004.

FIBA Europe Cup Women

As stated in the FIBA Europe Club Competition Regulations, should 2 clubs from the same country qualify, then these clubs will meet in the semi-finals. As such the pairings are:

Baltiyskaya Zwezda (RUS) v. Dynamo Moscow (RUS)
Fenerbache SK Istanbul (TUR) v. Szolnoki Mav Coop (HUN)

A decision on the venue of the final four will be taken and announced at the beginning of the week beginning 8th March 2004.
