Andorra trailed by 13 points midway through the third quarter on Friday but battled back to beat Malta and reach the Final of the European Championship of the Small Countries Men for the second time in a row.
The Maltese, who led 56-43, couldn't hold on and lost 75-65.
Andorra, the silver-medal winners in 2010, got 21 points from point guard Xavier Galera.
Malta led the Andorrans 59-52 a minute into the fourth quarter.
Jorge Olcina then sparked a decisive run for Jaume Tomas Vilana's men with a three-pointer.
In that run and still down 59-57, Olcina nailed another three-ball to put Andorra in front to stay.
Rafael Casals followed with a jumper and Olcina added two free-throws.
Andorra, who lost in the Final to Denmark in 2010, will now take on Moldova, winners against hosts San Marino in the second Semi-Final, 88-63.
Nicolai Coputerco had a game to remember for Moldova in their semi-final win with 10 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists.
Ivan Cropotov poured in 22 points for the winners, who dominated the boards 58-34.
Wales defeated Gibraltar 95-72 in the first game of the day, a Classification Round clash for 5th to 7th place.
Ioan Nickson poured in 14 points and corralled seven rebounds for the winners.
