Huseyin Besok completed his comeback from injury to secure a place in Turkey's squad for the European Championships.
Besok proved his fitness in Turkey's two recent friendly defeats in Novi Sad and Belgrade against Serbia & Montenegro and coach Aydin Ors included the seven-footer who average more than 16 points a game in qualifying in his final 12-man squad for Sweden.
Besok's inclusion has, as expected, mean the end for 23-year-old centre Fatih Solak.
Turkey travel to Sweden on Tuesday and play Group D opponents Ukraine on Friday, opening day for the tournament.
Turkey squad for European Championships: Kerem Tunceri, Ender Arslan, Ibrahim Kutluay, Hidayet Turkoglu, Haluk Yýldýrým, Omer Onan, Mirsad Turkcan, Rasim Basak, Kerem Gonlum, Huseyin Besok, Mehmet Okur, and Kaya Peker.
