NEWSExcellent performances by Jelena Milovanovic and Sonja Petrovic led Serbia to a stunning 72-48 mauling of Spain in the gold medal game at the UMCOR U18 European Championship Women in Novi Sad.
Milovanovic had a game-high 26 points as unbeaten Serbia avenged last year's defeat to the Spanish in the final.

Spain staged a dramatic fightback in the final five minutes to stun Poland 71-66 and reach the final of the UMCOR U18 European Championship Women for the fourth consecutive year.
The defending champions were on the ropes and trailing 62-54 but showed true resolve to beat the Poles. |
