Lithuania and Bulgaria are celebrating on Saturday night after winning their Semi-Finals to clinch promotion in the U16 European Championship Women.
In the Division B tournament on Saturday, Dalia Belickaite poured in 22 points for the Lithuania side as they defeated Portugal, 65-48.
The Lithuanians blew open a tight game in the third quarter when they outscored the Portuguese, 18-9.
Bulgaria, meanwhile, scraped a 53-52 win over Latvia.
Borislava Hristova finished with 24 points for the Bulgarians. While Lithuania and Bulgaria will square off for the title on Sunday, Latvia and Portugal will battle for bronze and the third promotion spot.
"Will power won today," Lithuania coach Ramune Kumpiene said after the game.
"The games in this tournament ask for great physical and psychological endurance and our girls tried really hard today.
"We managed to reach our goal, which was to make it to Division A.
"The game was not easy, but we had prepared for it a lot and our girls wanted the win a lot."
Bulgaria were elated after scraping a narrow win against Latvia.
Hristova, the captain, said: "It was a very important and interesting game for us.
"If we had lost, we would've played for third and fourth and our spot in Division A wouldn't have been sure.
"We have been waiting for a long time for this moment.
"We never allowed ourselves to underestimate our opponents, which had a huge impact on the result, I think.
"We fought until the end and didn't give up."
