Netherlands and Czech Republic earned promotion to the U20 European Championship Division A by reaching the Division B final.
The Dutch remained perfect in the competition in FYROM by knocking off Sweden 71-69 while the Czechs handed Poland their first defeat of the championship with a 79-66 win.
Sweden's Christopher Ryan knotted the game at 69-69 with a three-pointer with 11 seconds remaining, but Charlon Kloof knocked down the game-winning jumper with two seconds left for the Dutch. And John Nystrom missed his three-pointer at the buzzer.
Hieronymus Van Der List led the way for the Netherlands with 23 points while Kloof added 16 points and five assists off the bench.
The Dutch will take on the Czech Republic for the Division B title.
The Czechs cruised to a 79-66 win over Poland, who came into the game having won all their previous five games.
But Vojtech Hruban scored 21 points and Pavel Harcar added 15 points for the Czechs, whose only loss came against the Dutch.
Poland and Sweden will play for the bronze medal.
In other action, Austria beat Georgia 88-80; FYROM knocked off Finland 77-55; and Portugal eased past Romania 96-63.
Great Britain fended off Hungary 80-65 while Bulgaria hold off Slovakia 92-89.
