Niedola had 21 points and 14 rebounds while Klintsone had 15 points and seven assists as Latvia improved to 4-1 in the group. Anete Steinberga added nine points and 10 rebounds.
Olesia Malashenko collected a double-double to keep alive Ukraine's hopes of reaching the quarter-finals of the U20 European Championship for Women with an 86-73 victory over the Netherlands.
Malashenko had 24 points and 11 rebounds while Alina Iagupova added 19 points, six rebounds and eight assists in helping Ukraine improve to 1-3 in the qualifying round Group E. Olga Maznichenko scored 18 points and Kateryna Rymarenko chipped in 16 points.
