Turkey thrashed Italy 78-45 to register their first win at the U18 European Championship for Women. Ayhan Avci Esref's side used an 8-0 run to turn a 9-6 deficit into a 14-9 lead with just over three minutes left in the first quarter and never rescinded the lead. |
