Lithuania Stay Unbeaten
Lithuania held off a stubborn Italian side to take a 69-55 win and stay undefeated in the U18 European Championship for Women.

Egle Siksniute had a game-high 24 points and was well seconded by the pair of Aurime Rinkeviciute (18 and 10 rebounds) and Giedre Paugaite (10 and 15) to record their third win in as many games.

Turkey Turn It Around
Turkey thrashed Italy 78-45 to register their first win at the U18 European Championship for Women.

Ayhan Avci Esref's side used an 8-0 run to turn a 9-6 deficit into a 14-9 lead with just over three minutes left in the first quarter and never rescinded the lead.
