Ramon's main weapon is her “will-power” though she does have excellent physical skills and has been very efficient in European competitions where she has proved to be excellent on the fast-break and a good rebounder. Long hours in the gym have improved Ramon's three-point shooting and her ability to put the ball on the floor with her left hand. The Malo native won a National Championship at Famila Schio, but had her best seasons at Faenza. She may be the surprise of Italian National Team because of her capacity to sacrifice herself and the intensity she brings to the court which can be very important at the international level.
