Team 2010-11: MaccabiTel Aviv (Israel-BSL)
Career: BneiHertzelia (Israel-D1, 1998-2000), Maccabi Ra'anana (Israel-D1, 2000-01), BneiHertzelia (Israel-D1, 2001-02), Hapoel Tel Aviv (Israel-BSL, 2002-04), Maccabi Tel Aviv (2004-07), CVV Samara (Russia-Superleague, 2007-08), Maccabi Tel Aviv (Israel-BSL, 2008-11)
Another product of the team that won silver at the U20 European Championships way back in 2000, he has now played for Maccabi Tel Aviv for six of the last seven years, split only by a season in Russia with Samara, but what he's more famous for are his performances in EuroBasket Final Rounds. During 2003, he led the tournament in field goal percentage inside while two years later, he was the best rebounder and fourth best shot blocker. A consistent star at EuroBasket for Israel and one of the best inside players they been able to call upon. Green is a strong and very determined inside player who makes the most of every minute on court. He averaged 18 points per game in EuroBasket 2009, and although he played only limited minutes in last summer's qualifiers, expect Green to do an important job in Lithuania playing in what could be a problematic spot for Israel.
