Lithuania bounced back from their surprising defeat by Italy 24 hours previously by eclipsing Israel on Saturday evening.
The Baltic side managed to limit Israel's biggest weapon Tar Burstein to just 10 points although he contributed to his own problems with a meagre haul of four from 13 free throws.
Darjus Lavrinovic was impressive for the Lithuanians who in the Sydney Olympics came within one shot of beating the American Dream Team in the semi-finals. However, Darius Songaila with 17 points and Virginijus Praskevicius with 13 also laid the groundwork for the win. Lithuania will play France in their final match on Sunday.
