Bar Timor had a serious decision to make in the 2014 off-season. Timor, one of the more talented up-and-coming young guards who displays a fearless attitude, had a long-term five-year offer from Euroleague power-house Maccabi Tel Aviv. But Timor rejected the proposal to sign with Israeli League underachievers Hapoel Jerusalem. Timor was coming off a disappointing season in Germany with ALBA Berlin playing under head coach Sasha Obradovic - who wasn't his biggest fan. All ends well though for Timor who mastered the local competition, morphed into an elite off-the-bench contributor and routed Jerusalem to its first-ever national crown. Though he was a star in the youth categories, Timor has never played for Israel's senior national roster but is now set for his EuroBasket premiere.
