The Bulgarians enjoyed a fast start, streaking out to a 23-13 first-quarter advantage.
Germany battled bravely and when Tim Ohlbrecht nailed a three-pointer midway through the second quarter, they trailed 50-47.
A Nikolay Kolev basket sparked an 8-0 run for Bulgaria, however, and they were in command for the remainder of the game.
Italy 95, Israel 63
Pietro Aradori had his second consecutive strong offensive performance to lead Italy to an easy 95-63 win over Israel.
One day after scoring 23 points to lift Italy over Germany, Aradori shot 9-of-15 from the field to lift the Italians to their second consecutive win.
Italy jumped out to a 24-7 lead in the first quarter and never looked back from there.
